My entire family has been playing non stop! Cant wait to see what type of new monsters come to play!

Pretty awesome game. Id give it 5 stars if they had a few more boards to spice up the experience. MORE BOARDS AND CHALLENGES PLEASE!!!!!

I love this game. I play it with other people through Game Center and it is so much fun. I love how you have to strategize by picking certain kinds of monsters and trying to stay ahead of the angry mob and your opponent. I cant wait until they introduce new monsters. I hope they make more games like this and for the ouya too.

I want to give this 5 stars -- my boyfriend and I LOVE Civ V & X-Com, and Haunted Hollow is a great strategy complement to those games. We like that victory is never assured and the tables can always turn. Given how often we play, the Season 1 Pass was an investment, but we shouldnt be pestered with ads after being promised NO interruptions. We are playing on an iPad 4 running the latest version of iOS 7, and again given the price we expect the game NOT to crash 5 times in a row while trying to select our monster hordes and houses. Restarting the iPad seemed to help, let us hope this is not a new precedent. Will amend the rating once these problems are acknowledged and fixed; Im looking forward to Season 2 once they are addressed.

Great idea, and some good art. But IAP is absolutely required to play longer than one or two sittings. And it crashes often. Lag is very pronounced. Needs optimization to be enjoyable on an iPad 2.

Downloaded this game in May and havent gotten tired of it yet. So much fun! Gameplay is simple but Ive never played the same game twice. Fun, challenging, and worth the season pass. It appears Firaxis has abandoned the game with no updates or new monsters to come, which is a pity because I love it fiercely!

Needs more/larger towns and to go past 5 for upgrades. Keep working at Haunted Hollow! :)

The game is fun but not something Id spend money on, and it continuously asks for money every chance. The interface is very well designed, much better than many games on iOS. The concept is cool but unexciting. The monsters are well-designed and add depth to the gameplay, but without much variety in the village designs, it gets boring rather quickly.

Such a cool game. I like the theme of it and the gameplay feels novel. It crashes a bit, but meh, still a good game. Would like to see more neighborhood layouts. :)

When i try to play a match it crashes when i gets to about 90%

The game is mildly amusing, but you can only play the first level over and over again unless you make in-app purchases with REAL money to expand. I want my money back and will never purchase another app from this developer. Ive played many games where its obvious they want you to spend money in the game, but this is he MOST glaring example. You literally cant play it without spending money in the game store.

Very hard to figure out. Complicated and not very fun. Disappointing.

Well , I just thought that this time iTunes improve but but but … the same mediocre style of games . Basically , another game for very very low brains . And for that you deserve 1 star . Just because I am generous .

Good game. Bad ranking system. You guys deleted my in depth review of this issue so now you get 1 star. Only two people in the top 20 are legit auto match players and only one of those two (2nd place who I beat more then lost and now deletes my games and forfeits so he can get back to beating chumps sand keep his rank going) actually has some Skillz. But he still quits games to ensure he gets wins since this game only counts wins for ranking. Your losses dont count. LAME 2K. Very lame..

Crashes during load on iPad one

In a world where most apps are geared toward frustrating you with difficulty until they force you into in app purchases, this game does it the way it should be - the game is LOTS of fun on its own! Then, if you want even more fun and experiment with other fun units, you can pay a buck or two! I purchased the full season pass and its great. More games should be as fun and fair as this!!!

Every time I play, it crashes in the middle of my turn and I lose my progress. Its getting extremely frustrating. I hope they fix this in the update.

I think the App Store is giving too much attention to this title. Gameplay is fairly limited and unimaginative. I played 4-5 games of this and didnt enjoy any of them. There is a lot of IAP here. Maybe some of that additional content might add something interesting to the game, but Im not keen to pay for that and risk further disappointment.
